Return Policy

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, for eligible products.

• Damaged or defective products
• The wrong item delivered
• Products that are unused, in original condition and original packaging

• Custom-made or personalised products
• Products damaged through misuse
• Items without their original packaging
• Clearance or final-sale items

Return shipping is paid by the customer, including for damaged or defective products. Please send it through a trackable, insured courier — we cannot refund a parcel that does not arrive.

We inspect every returned item against the conditions above before a refund is approved.

Once inspection passes, your refund is sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will get an email when it goes out.

1. Open your orders. Find the order and the item you want to return.
2. Request the return. Choose a reason and send the request.
3. Pack and ship. Repack it in its original packaging and send it to us, at your cost.
4. Inspection and refund. We check the item and refund within 5–7 business days.
