Smaller items are dispatched within 2–4 working days and usually arrive within a week. Large furniture is delivered by a two-person team to the room of your choice, typically inside 10 working days.
Return anything unused within 15 days in its original packaging for a full refund. Made-to-order and clearance pieces are excluded. Write to us first and we will arrange collection.
Wipe wood with a barely damp cloth and re-oil once a year. Wash linen covers at 30°C and line dry — they soften with every wash. Detailed care notes ship with every order.
For larger projects we are happy to put together a room plan around pieces from the range. Send us the room dimensions and a couple of photos to start.
