Frequently asked
- Smaller items are dispatched within 2–4 working days and usually arrive within a week. Large furniture is delivered by a two-person team to the room of your choice, typically inside 10 working days.
- If a piece arrives damaged, defective or wrong, tell us within 7 days and we will put it right. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Custom-made and clearance pieces are excluded, and return postage is paid by the customer — see the return policy.
- Wipe wood with a barely damp cloth and re-oil once a year. Wash linen covers at 30°C and line dry — they soften with every wash. Detailed care notes ship with every order.
- For larger projects we are happy to put together a room plan around pieces from the range. Send us the room dimensions and a couple of photos to start.
- We store only what is needed to process an order and answer your questions, and we never sell customer data. The full privacy policy will be published before launch.
